Having bought and sold over ten houses, I must confess to having formed a jaded perspective of most realtors. However my positive attitude is revived after working with you.
Your professionalism began with taking the time to fully understand our needs and wants, however conflicting, and then spending untold hours scouring the area for possibilities. Much more than just doing data searches, you personally previewed and screened the homes before we saw them. No time was wasted. Your diligence and respect of our time resulted in us finding a superb property in very short order that reconciled our wishes and finances beautifully. We could not have asked for more from a realtor, yet you did even more.
With your thorough knowledge of the area and contacts, you saved us an incredible amount of time finding the right mortgage broker, inspectors, utilities info, etc. You even researched a building code issue regarding possible future add-ons.
I’ve never known a realtor to perform at such a high level of consultant professionalism and give personal attention and courtesy as you have. The amount of stress you were able to remove from the process is more than we could hope for.
It has taken a lot to prompt us to write an unsolicited letter of recommendation like this, but you deserve it. You’ve more than earned your fee and I’ve never said that to a realtor before. To others, use this gentleman if you have the opportunity. You won’t regret it.

Taking advantage of Randy Winfield’s expertise and advice made it possible for me to get my house sold in the worst possible real estate market, with an offer in less than 2 weeks from the time I listed it. He came to my house and told me how to stage it to get the best “first impression” with each prospect that viewed it (online or in person). When we first met the middle of this year to discuss the selling of my previous home, going into it, I wasn't certain what to expect given the context of the depressed housing market and considering that this was my first home sell. Truthfully, my expectations were somewhat pessimistic going into it, given these current circumstances and based on all the horror stories out there in terms of how agents tend to represent their clients. During our initial meeting, however, it become quickly clear that due to your level of professionalism, experience and quality of service you can provide I needed you as my agent. Really a no-brainer.
Three short weeks after listing my home, we had a contract on it. Unheard of as far as I'm concerned in today's market. And this was only possible due to you. You really did an amazing job managing the entire process from initially putting the right details/pictures on the listing through the final stage when the home closed. Professional suggestions and follow up = 10 At our first meeting, suggestions were made to improve the probability to sell based on market influence. The contract was explained in a clear manner with options available for home warranty insurance.
The firm had a strong network of contacts to prepare the house for showing.
Melanie's follow up was impeccable compared to other realtors that we've worked with on multiple occasions with other properties. Her attitude and level of patient assertiveness met our expectations of a sharp, savvy realtor.
The firm obtained a contract on our property within 10 weeks and we were always treated with the respect of a seller with a home twice the price of our asking price. Our relationship with the firm evolved over 3 months during Atlanta's toughest housing economy of the past 2 decades.
