I wanted to take this opportunity to extend a big thank you for all you did throughout the process of selling my previous home and during the purchase of my new one.

When we first met the middle of this year to discuss the selling of my previous home, going into it, I wasn't certain what to expect given the context of the depressed housing market and considering that this was my first home sell.  Truthfully, my expectations were somewhat pessimistic going into it, given these current circumstances and based on all the horror stories out there in terms of how agents tend to represent their clients.  During our initial meeting, however, it become quickly clear that due to your level of professionalism, experience and quality of service you can provide I needed you as my agent.  Really a no-brainer.

Three short weeks after listing my home, we had a contract on it.  Unheard of as far as I'm concerned in today's market.  And this was only possible due to you.   You really did an amazing job managing the entire process from initially putting the right details/pictures on the listing through the final stage when the home closed.  I was so impressed by the amount of things you took care of behind the scenes making the sell, eagerness of doing it, and all the issues that you were seamlessly able to overcome to help make the sell of my home as stress free as possible.  It was truly a concierge level of service.

When it came time to buy my new home, you again went above and beyond in so many different ways.  From negotiating to get the best price, to having the right things included in the contract, to following through with many various open issues.  All done in a very timely well done manner.

I will definitely highly recommend you friends and family.
