When we first met the middle of this year to discuss the selling of my previous home, going into it, I wasn't certain what to expect given the context of the depressed housing market and considering that this was my first home sell. I was so impressed by the amount of things you took care of behind the scenes making the sell, eagerness of doing it, and all the issues that you were seamlessly able to overcome to help make the sell of my home as stress free as possible. It was truly a concierge level of service. When it came time to buy my new home, you again went above and beyond in so many different ways. From negotiating to get the best price, to having the right things included in the contract, to following through with many various open issues. All done in a very timely well done manner. Another Satisfied Client Hi Melanie, This testimony may be brief and I hope it provides the firm with clear feedback. I rate my input on a range of 1-10 (10 as excellent compared to other firms). Professional suggestions and follow up = 10 At our first meeting, suggestions were made to improve the probability to sell based on market influence. The contract was explained in a clear manner with options available for home warranty insurance. The firm had a strong network of contacts to prepare the house for showing. Melanie's follow up was impeccable compared to other realtors that we've worked with on multiple occasions with other properties. Her attitude and level of patient assertiveness met our expectations of a sharp, savvy realtor. The firm obtained a contract on our property within 10 weeks and we were always treated with the respect of a seller with a home twice the price of our asking price. Our relationship with the firm evolved over 3 months during Atlanta's toughest housing economy of the past 2 decades. Closing = 9 The closing went smoothly. The buyer could have been more prepared by their agent by reviewing the HUD and getting answers from the lawyer prior to the close. Repeat business = 10 For property in the Atlanta area, I would prefer to have the firm represent me as a buyer or seller. I would recommend others to work with Melanie and Randy.
